Firstly, you are required to select insurance or Takaful, fill in details and complete
payment. Then, your new Insurance or Takaful and Road Tax will be delivered to your
appointed address.

02. When can I renew my car insurance or Takaful and road tax using
the system?

You can renew anytime at anywhere as long as you are connected to Internet.

03) What is Takaful?

It is an Islamic insurance. Takaful offers to both Muslims and non Muslims.

Yes, you must renew your car insurance or Takaful before you can proceed with road tax renewal.

05. Can I appoint someone else (a proxy) to renew online or pick up
from the delivery on my behalf?

06. Must I submit the original copy of car registration card?

No, you are not required to submit any of your documents for insurance or Takaful
and road tax renewal service.

07. How long does it take for insurance or Takaful and road tax to be
delivered to me?

Klang Valley - Half a work day.
Nationwide - the next working day.

08. What are the available payment methods?

Klang Valley - Cash, Cheque, Credit card and Online or manual (ATM) banking fund
transfer. (pay cash or cheque to our dispatch team when you receive your
insurance / Takaful and road tax)
Nationwide - Credit card, Online or manual (ATM) banking fund transfer.
Road tax delivery service includes RM 10.00 service charge for both Klang Valley
(Half a work day delivery) and Nationwide (next working day delivery) customers.

09. Do you provide service to the entire country of Malaysia?

We are providing this service to Malaysia nationwide except Sabah and Sarawak.

10. Will I receive a receipt from Easy Renew after making payment?

Yes, you will receive an official receipt from us.

11. What should I do after I have placed an order?

We will process your case and delivery will be made to your delivery address.
You will also receive your official policy via email.

12. What if I want the insurance / Takaful and road tax to be delivered
to my office?

You may fill in your office address for delivery address on road tax
renewal which is after insurance / Takaful renewal.

13. How would I know if I have summon tickets?

We will notify you when you have summon tickets.

14. Will I lose my NCD benefit if I transfer to a new insurance company?

No, you will NOT lose your NCD benefit when you transfer to a new insurer.
In addition, you are NOT required to perform any additional procedures in
order to get your NCD benefit transferred.

15. What is Non Claim Discount? (NCD)

Non Claim Discount is a benefit provided to customers who have not made claims for
your vehicle. NCD increases each year.
1st year - 0%
2nd year - 25%
3rd year - 30%
4th year - 38.33%
5th year - 45%
6th year - 55%
However, if you have made a claim before, your NCD ought to be 0%.

16) Can I just renew my road tax with Easy Renew?

We cater only for : a) Insurance or Takaful and Road Tax b) Insurance or Takaful only.

17. What if my credit card payment does not go through?

Please retry payment again or use another credit card. If unsuccessful transaction persists,
please contact our customer care service by call. We will advise you accordingly.

18. What can I do to be Eco-Friendly?

You may avoid printing by saving the E-policy and receipts on your computer for future
reference. By renewing with us, you are actually contributing to save a tree. We print
less to process your renewal order.

19. What if my computer crashes and loses the E-policy?
-
You may contact us and we will resend your E-policy to you by E-mail for free.
